As you sit there and read the beginning of this report you start to sense the importance of protecting yourself and your family. Accidents can happen at any time, without notice. As is often the case after an accident, we are disoriented and don't always remember everything just prior to the impact. Law enforcement uses what you say immediately following an accident to assess fault that could adversely affect your financial well being. Sometimes, we don't clearly remember the conditions of the road, weather, and traffic immediately following an accident. The Vehicle Safeguard will help solve that problem.
Record the conditions of the road, weather, and traffic directly from your dashboard. Supply objective and direct evidence to insurance companies and law enforcement if needed. Protect your family with objective evidence. The Vehicle Safeguard will supply you with peace of mind as you navigate your way through streets and highways.
Installation is a snap. You will have your vehicle monitored in minutes. The Vehicle Safeguard even has two power options: 12V DC power through the cigarette lighter or four AAA batteries. Secure the cradle to the dashboard and place the main recording unit inside the cradle. Use anywhere from a 128MB to 2GB SD card to store the recordings. Finally, you will need to set the recording angle. A red spot light will shine in the direction of the recording, at the center of the recording. Adjust the angle of the camera with the cradle. That's it!
Now that you have the Vehicle Safeguard installed in just minutes, your road trips will have a certain peace of mind never before experienced. Video is recorded in AVI format, which is compatible with any PC. The best part is that the next scenic drive you take can also be captured on video. Not only do you get to experience safety while driving, but you also get to relive those scenic drives you take through the valleys on the way to your favorite getaway. Order today and have peace of mind in your vehicle in just minutes.

Product Reviews for Susita Vehicle Safeguard Video Recording Camera
Susita Vehicle Safeguard Video Recording CameraOddSeptember 18, 2008This unit is a "must" for gadget collectors. A small and smart product that can be useful in many situations.Good quality on video. A bit short info in user manual... Can rechargeable battery pack get power when 12v is connected ? You delete last record if power loss and you do not push stop button before power loss...(turn off ignition can be the kill of last record when using 12v) Overall a good product. I like it.
Susita Vehicle Safeguard Video Recording Cameraskris88July 2, 2008The lens is almost telephoto so all you see is the number plate of the car in front. Useless, really. Waste of my money. A good idea poorly executed (perhaps too version 2 will have the smarts to auto-start recording when the car is started, and gracefully shut down when the ignition is turned off).
Susita Vehicle Safeguard Video Recording CameraDavidOctober 29, 2007For the price, I suppose you could call it a bargain. That is the pro of this device. I found the following cons: It views slightly to the left and not where the laser aimer points. I found this true on several video clips on the interent. It is in a telephoto mode and not wide angle. Try looking down a paper towel tube to get the idea. Unless someone pulls out in front of you a block away, you won't see the person that hits you at the intersection you are currently in. One review says it loops back, another says it doesn't. I found that sometimes it will and sometimes it wont. The power plug needs to be on the bottom, and the unit should power up and start recording when you plug it in. Instead, you have to power it on. Then you have to start recording. You MUST stop recording and then power it down or you WILL lose all data since it was powered up. The SD memory card needs to load and unload from the top. When you finally do get it aligned where you want it, the first time you remove the card, you have to start the alignment all over again because the card loads and unloads from the bottom and you have to move the camera to get to it. The blue flashing run LED is too bright and did make a police officer pull me over with REAL blue lights because he thought I had some kind of blue light on my dash when he was behind me. A different color LED perhaps? I may be somewhat over critical, and this device can be very useful/helpful, but this must be a beta or 1st generation product. I can not find a website for the company or the AlexIW.com site that would allow customer feedback so that they can improve on this device that would be a very great product and in big demand if it had the changes I outlined above.
