[Sold out] 8" Nebula Ball - Classic Plasma Ball4JohnJanuary 24, 2011This is the "classic" plasma ball lamp. It is exactly as I remember it from many years ago, and it looks and works great. The kids are facinated by it, but for customers buying one for the first time I have two cautions: 1: The glass globe is very thin. This is necessary for the plasma streams to sense your touch, but it also means you need to be a bit careful with it. 2: The base is not weighted, which makes it easier to tip over the lamp than you might think. In light of #1, it means that you have to be careful where you place the lamp (where kids, cats, etc. aren't going to bump it off a table for instance). The above were not unexpected and so I am quite happy with my purchase. The price was great, the shipping was good. I would recommend ePartyunlimited and will shop here again.
